I left the timeline color page in the front as its original size, otherwise you wouldn't be able to read it. I hope Kindle doesn't have any problems loading it. It took me a while to redraw that page....
The original translation can be found on ultimatemegax's blog, I simply scanned the raw and typeset in the English. It works just like the manga, so unzip it and add the folder to the 'pictures' folder of your Kindle!
