Long Time No Post, ne~

Has it been a week? Sorry about that...
I'm heading off to college in about a week, so lately I've been....doing nothing. Thought I'd say something about being caught up in real life stuff, didn't you? I'm perpetually not busy. I've just been watching anime all week, taking it easy (because I like being lazy :3). So there's really no excuse for the wait...We could blame it the translators and releases, right?

Anyways:
Spice & Wolf vol 10. Yup, finally the translators got the whole thing put together. A major POWER UP, so if you like pdf ebooks, definitely use their original. It's very nice.

Baka and Test vol 9.5. Sorry I didn't put as much effort into this one. Some things are just lost in translation, so if you want to experience all that Baka Test has to offer,....learn Japanese? I'm up for it!

None of the RAWs I've been waiting on have shown up...That makes me really sad. Plus, the hard copies are taking a long time to get here....Not sure when I'll have more, but I am working on another series! It's a short one. And for anyone curious about D.Gray-man, I was gonna upload all that I had, but I managed to get some hard copies, so I'm waiting on those :3

Update? more like Rambling...

I just wanted to let everyone know that the Baka and Test novels have been updated. I've updated them before, several times already, but never said anything about it, since, well, no one really downloads them.

The opening manga pages for vols 5, 7, & 7.5 have been replaced with translated versions! I typeset them myself :) All of the vols have undergone formatting changes, too, since I messed up on a few. I'd recommend re-downloading them all.

I'm working on some more series, just decided on them today. I'm also working on an ultra omega super-secret surprise project, which, to be honest, is killing me. It's pretty intense work, and it might not even end up looking that great, but I'm satisfied so far. I might as well tell you what's in the works:

1. Pandora Hearts (waiting on vol 4 scans)
2. Hunter x Hunter (just decided to do it today, so it'll probably be a while)
3. Beelzebub (same ^)
4. Super-Secret Surprise Project ^_^
5. ? (I feel like I'm forgetting something else....)

I'm also planning on re-cleaning and fixing Prince of Tennis & Kimi ni Todoke. It would really help if I could get the hard copies. >_>

Golden Week Part 2

Kill Me Baby vols 1-2
I'm gonna pretend like this was planned for my pre-Golden Week celebration, but it really wasn't. I finished watching the anime yesterday and liked it, it reminds me of my, erg, sister and me.
There are only 4 volumes raw (one released every year) and only 2 volumes translated (3rd one is stalled). If no one else does anything, I might end up translating it myself later once I'm better at Japanese, but anyways....I hope you like it. I don't have much 4-koma (if any).

And also: Baka and Test vol 9. Teh Ping single-handedly conquered this volume in a week (or less?). This should put all other translators to shame. When you see them complaining or making excuses and flaming you for not being patient, encouraging you to be happy with their month-by-month releases, remember Teh Ping, and then know that they simply aren't skilled enough.... I have complete admiration for this god-among-translators. I hope I can be that awesome someday... :)
(on a side note, I re-uploaded the rest of the volumes again. There were a few mis-formatting errors I had made, so if you're a perfectionist, you can snag them all again, but if you're not, you probably won't ever notice any differences)

Baka Bakka

Yay! Baka and Test light novel volume 5 is done! According to the translators, Baka Test should be completely translated by the end of the year. Exciting, right? Although some of the translations are a bit rough, it's still the funniest thing I've ever read :)

Like I say every time, I highly recommend this series.

Baka Baka Baka

I know this isn't very exciting for everyone else (since it barely gets any downloads), but it's super exciting for me!

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu volume 8 was finished today by Teh Ping (super thanks). I jumped right on it and now it's in ebook format (the originals can be found at baka tsuki). I was happy being able to do something finally after a week, but now I'm back where I started...

Anyways, I highly recommend this series.
AND I've been reading through the Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria novels. There are a bunch of symbols in them that Kindle doesn't recognize, so I'm working on fixing that and will reupload the edited versions soon.

EDIT: as of, umm, right now, all of the Utsuro no Hako novels have been updated with slightly better editing and symbols that Kindle can recognize. I'd say it's worth re-grabbing.

Durarara!! Again

I didn't get the chance to buy volume 9 because the raw was put up a few days ago! Which means that I've got it ready and reformatted! Durarara!!x9 is now linked.

I also re-did volumes 1, 4, 5, & 6. Just some minor formatting revisions. If you want to resnag them, go ahead, but it's nothing too major. (The download link is still the same, but I updated the files.)

I'm gonna be reformatting all the Baka and Test novels today, too. These you'll definitely want to resnag, because I've got some major changes in mind. I'm also going to start/finish volumes 7 & 7.5. These should be up by late tonight.

EDIT: Baka and Test 1, 2, 3, & 3.5 have all been updated (same link, different file). They took a lot longer than expected, though. AND Baka and Test vol 7 is done (the hardest one yet....) It's so good, though! I really hope the baka-tsuki translators work hard on the rest of the volumes!

Small Update Here

I finished Baka and Test volume 3 yesterday, plus Naruto volume 27. I just didn't post about it.

Anyways, I just uploaded Baka and Test volume 3.5, and it's filled with little side stories. I took the time to read one, and the grammar was a bit off...Nothing too major, though. Like I said before, I don't know what I'll do about 7 & 7.5.... I guess I'll just use the Japanese manga panels?

Well, I'm gonna finish subbing the section of translations that I have for the backstage of the Bleach Musical today. I get the feeling I'm gonna be bombarded with an extraordinary amount more soon, so I want to be caught up :)

I am still working on Soul Eater, though. Slowly, but definitely. I'm on volume 5 now? I like to put a few together in my moments of boredom/avoidance of other tasks...

Baka to Test to.....Burimyu?

Well, here's my first upload for the year:

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu vols 1 & 2. If I haven't already said it, I really really really love this series. It's so darn funny :3 I highly recommend it to anyone! You can download these first two novels on the Light Novels page (or check the index). I'm gonna have 3 & 3.5 out before the end of the week, but I'm stuck on 7 & 7.5 because the pictures are lacking translations.

Anyways, I have a bit of bad news...

I took up subtitling the Bleach Musical backstages, and, for anyone who knows about subtitling, it's a very tedious task. Seriously, I've put in about 6 hours of work, and I'm just to 10 minutes of footage. There was a really awesome person who volunteered to do the translating, but they didn't have anyone to do the timing and whatnot. Well, now they have me. BUT, that now means half (or more) of my time will be spent doing that. We'll see just how much that affects my ebook output. I'll really try not to let it. I'm pretty good about splitting time between things.
